01

Your client answers

A guided intake that adapts to the deal.

02

Accord drafts

From your clauses, every paragraph sourced.

03

You release

Nothing reaches the client until you approve.

WHY FIXED FEE

Hourly billing punishes speed. Fixed fees reward it.

Billed by the hour, every efficiency is a write-down. With a fixed fee, the time you save is yours, and your client knows the price before they start.

Intake that thinks ahead

Questions adapt to the deal. Pick a corporate buyer and signing authority is asked; pick deferred payment and the schedule is.

No phone tag

Vague answers get a factual follow-up before you open the file. Anything not yet agreed comes to you.

A source for every paragraph

Click any paragraph to see the clause it came from, the rule that chose it, and the facts behind it.

AI proposes. You decide.

It can ask questions and suggest wording. It cannot release a document, charge a client or change your clauses.

HOW IT WORKS

From first question to released agreement.

01

Intake

Your client completes a guided questionnaire. Drafts save as they go.

02

Payment

They confirm and pay your fixed fee, straight to your firm's account.

03

Follow-ups

Accord asks factual questions where answers are vague. Open points come to you.

04

Drafting

Rules pick clauses from your pack and fill in the facts. Gaps are flagged, not guessed.

05

Release

You edit and approve. Your client downloads the exact version you released.

LEARNS FROM YOUR LAWYERS

Your edits become your precedent.

01

You make the same edit twice

Change a clause the same way across matters and Accord notices.

02

Accord suggests the update

The new wording, shown against the old, with the edits it came from.

03

You approve it, or don't

Nothing changes until you do. Open matters keep their version.

QUESTIONS

What lawyers ask first.

Who is the lawyer of record?

Your firm. Accord is software your firm uses. It does not give legal advice or act for your clients.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Book a call and we'll set up a private test workspace for you. Nothing in it is real and nothing is charged.

Can we use our own precedents?

Yes. That's the point. Your clauses, your rules, versioned. A change never rewrites an open file.

Where does our data live?

In Toronto, walled off by firm. Staff in one firm can never reach another firm's matters.

Which AI does it use?

A privately hosted model; nothing goes to a public AI service. Rules and a second review check every proposal, and you approve every document.

Who sees the client's answers?

Your client and your firm. Accord's operator sees usage, never answers or documents.

What if the AI is unavailable?

The draft is still built from your pack by rules, and the file is flagged. Nothing stalls; nothing is invented.

What's not covered yet?

E-signing, minute books, filings and multi-party allocations. Today: Ontario and federal share purchases and subscriptions.
